Reduce energy bills by up to 35%

Ridcon Properties has partnered with clean energy provider Disgen Limited to provide solar energy and considerable savings to tenants. Each year 100kW solar panels will produce approximately 140,200 kWh of clean energy and save in excess of 105 tonnes of carbon emissions, equivalent to 2,710 trees per year.

With no capital outlay on the panels, tenants will benefit from reductions of up to 35% on their energy bills at participating facilities. By limiting price increases on solar energy to inflation, tenants can also enjoy financial security for their power consumption, now and in the future.
