AVR Construction

Design and Construct

Ridcon Properties now offers access to its own in-house construction division, AVR Construction. Our experienced in-house team provides an integrated and complete service, capable of realising your vision, while taking care of everything for you.

So whether you plan to commission the build of a new industrial or commercial building, or refit and renovate an existing property, Ridcon Properties can help.

The value of having a dedicated project team is that you’ll be working with an experienced project manager and builder as your single point of contact, that will guide you through the complete project life-cycle. This begins with location sourcing and continues with project management, detailed planning and design, build and construct, fit-out, landscaping and all aspects on ongoing maintenance.

Throughout the process, we will work closely with you, ensuring you are kept informed of project progress, particularly as predefined project milestones are reached.

Ongoing property management

A key component of our service offering is in ongoing property management, maintenance, and support. Our approach is proactive, ensuring that issues are quickly identified and disruptions to operations minimised.

To ensure our properties retain a high standard of finish and optimal performance, we provide all aspects of building maintenance and landscaping.

Available 7 days a week, we will support you directly with any issues that may arise. We uniquely know how best to keep our properties running smoothly, which means we fix issues quickly and cost-effectively.

Projects

Here are a selection of Ridcon’s latest projects.

Booragoon

The latest addition to the Ridcon portfolio is the new headquarters for the group, recently completed by AVR Construction. The two unit design comprises a total of 580m² warehouse, nearly 200m² of office over two levels and 80m² of undercroft parking. The building has been constructed to the highest levels of finish highlighted by the front elevation facade in a striking copper tone alucabond and complemented by imported European stone cladding and concrete aggregate carpark and landscaping.

Canning Vale

Situated in the Swan Brewery Industrial Estate, this recent project incorporates a unique and highly sought after drive around capability. With its centrally located 2,500m² warehouse with 12-metre-high truss, 330m² office and rear canopy of 965m² providing all heavy vehicle traffic a one way path around the whole building making deliveries and traffic management much easier.

Welshpool

Set in the industrial heartland of Welshpool, this purpose built logistics depot features two separate offices (operational and administration); 2,000m² warehouse with 8m truss height; 1,000m² DG facility for class 2, 3, 4 and 8 product; 2,500m² undercover canopy/loading area; state of the art vehicle wash bay serviced by 60,000L rainwater tanks; and over 5,000m² hardstand.

Applecross

An impressive commercial corner site in the heart of the Applecross village cafe strip. Comprising of two levels, a ground level restaurant of approximately 270m², and an upper floor level of approximately 350m² of prime office-space, with secure rear parking for 18 cars.

Bibra Lake

This modern facility is situated in the much sought after Landcorp estate of Cockburn Commercial Park. Custom designed for a unique client, the property was completed several years ago. It comprises: a 3,500m² warehouse with 10m truss height and allowance for an overhead crane; 1,100m² open plan office spanning two levels and featuring an impressive centrally located reception area and stairwell; and over 5,000m² of sealed hardstand.

Welshpool

Conveniently located near Orrong Road and Roe Highway this site was extensively renovated for the current tenant. It now features 4,000m² of warehouse with 6-8m truss height; 450m² of modern open plan office fitout; a machine wash down bay; and over 2,000m² of hardstand.

Canning Vale

When it was acquired in 2004 this property (initially developed in the 1980s) comprised approximately 5,000m² of corrugated iron warehouse; 300m² of tired, rundown office space and the balance of the 18,000m² site bushland. Ridcon undertook a major redevelopment of the site to achieve the resulting 1,000m² office space; 11,000m² warehouse/canopy (with 10m truss height); 10 tonne overhead gantry crane; fire protection sprinklers throughout; and over 4,000m² concrete hardstand.

Welshpool

This ideally situated corner location is part of our original site that was extensively redeveloped in 2007 for a specific client. Utilising part of the existing canopy structure, the renovated property now comprises approx 350m² of office over two levels, 2,000m² of warehouse with 8 metre truss height, 1,000m² heavy duty vehicle workshop, 1,500m² undercover canopy and approx 2,000m² sealed hardstand.
