Ridcon Properties is an established and highly experienced property development business, providing comprehensive and integrated portfolio management, property development, property maintenance and leasing services. Ridcon Properties services local and national clients looking to develop and occupy commercial facilities across Perth’s broad metropolitan and industrial area.
Ridcon Properties forms a significant part of the Ridolfo Group’s nearly 60-year legacy. Established by Managing Director Anthony Ridolfo, Ridcon’s collective experience covers a broad range of building types in a variety of industries.
Much of our project work to-date is in commercial and industrial building projects and leases. We’ve delivered and continue to maintain our portfolio of properties across Perth’s metropolitan and industrial corridor, with developments in major commercial precincts including Welshpool, Kewdale, Northbridge, Canning Vale, Maddington and Bibra Lake.

Our History
Founded by Vince Ridolfo in 1967 the Ridolfo group of companies is the Western Australian-owned parent company of Ridcon Properties. With a rich history spanning nearly 60 years, the Group has grown from a family business to a diverse and successful service-based organisation.
